NCBFAA Annual Conference

This year we had the opportunity to exhibit and sponsor the Annual NCBFAA Conference which was held on April 17-21 in the beautiful JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson, Arizona. The event was the largest attendance in the history of the organization’s conferences and also had a record ‘first-time’ attendees, of which we made up part of that group.

During the conference, Global Training Center had a booth where we had an opportunity to meet many different people in the logistics, freight forwarding, and brokerage business.  We had visitors interact with our large touch screen to learn more about our company, participate in a challenge for the opportunity to win an Apple Watch, and even take silly pictures with our photo booth.  

This year the conference had a theme of “Logistical Challenges: The New Dimensions” in which many different topics were presented ranging from the role of the customs broker, new SOLAS regulations, and working with ACE.
