A successful and efficient trade compliance program all begins with a solid foundation and understanding of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). This course is designed to provide the fundamentals and knowledge in understanding the HTS system and begin to use that knowledge to learn how to classify products.
This Import Classification training course is made up of a total of 7 lessons. Each lesson is designed to concentrate on a specific topic and provide the basics into understanding tariff classification using the HTS, more specifically focusing on the United States HTS. Each lesson contains a video and a review that will need to be completed to proceed to the next section. Lessons may not be taken out of order.
When all lessons are completed, there is a final exam to test your knowledge. When you pass the exam you will be awarded a certificate of completion along with a digital badge to display on your profile and share with the community.
